I got in touch with Nathan from reading excellent online reviews and I was not disappointed. He is a smashing lad and really really knows his stuff. Nathan was very polite and helpful and gave me all of the options to fix my laptop. His ethos and approach is “everything can be fixed, it is just up to the customer of what they wish to pay”. I would recommend Nathan’s services to anyone. I have had repairs done in the past from technicians that keep my computer for ages and cant seem to be that bothered. Nathan provides a very prompt and thorough service and his rates are very reasonable indeed. I get the impression that it is a labour of love for him which is always a good thing.
