After returning from holiday to find a nasty virus had infected my PC and it looked like I might lose everything, I contacted Nathan and I am extremely glad I did. He picked it up the same day (which was amazing) and quickly and efficiently eliminated the problem. My PC is now performing better than ever. It is much, much faster after he de-cluttered it and he even took the time to advise me how to look after it in the future. I was very worried that I might have to buy a new PC but his lovely reassuring, calming and friendly personality put me at ease and I couldn’t be happier with everything he has done to save my PC.
