The ‘Geek’ Nathan responded immediately to my phone call for assistance. He called at my home, inspected my computer set-up, He then listened as I described the Win 10 start-up problems that I had on my DELL 8700 Desk top. I was advised of any fees that may be involved. These seemed very reasonable. Nathan tried various possible fixes on site, then we agreed to take the computer back to his workshop to back-up, repair and return it to me. He kept me informed during this work that took only a couple of days. The Hard Drive was to fault and was replaced and Win 10 reloaded. I asked that a further 2 TB of memory was added. This was done. Modest very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone with PC trouble Paul Austin (Senior Citizen)
