Nathan came out to my house because I was having difficulty connecting my new cloud ready printer to my chrombook, he tried various ways to connect the printer even trying to connect it to his own laptop but nothing was happening, he was so patient but in the end we decided there was a fault with the printer, I took it back to the shop and exchanged it for another one. If needed I would have had no hesitation in calling Nathan out again as he was really knowledgeable and his prices were very reasonable.
